Check-In instructions for Lodge at Lionshead #5
Step 1 – Directions to Lodge at Lionshead Condominiums #5
380 East Lionshead Circle, Vail, CO 81657:
From I-70, take the main Vail exit #176. Proceed to the south (Village side)
traffic circle. Drive west about ½ mile on the South Frontage Road towards
Lionshead. After you pass the Lionshead parking structure, turn left onto
East Lionshead Circle. Follow the road down the hill and veer left.
Lodge at Lionshead is on the right. Just look for the sign at the top of the driveway.
Step 2 – Go to the front desk to get your keys & parking pass:
Walk through the front door and the front desk will be right in front of you.
At the front desk, you will have to state the name your reservation is under
(you may have to show ID) in order to receive the keys to the unit, as well as
the parking pass for the garage. Once you have your keys, pull around to the
garage which is the next right off of East Lionshead Circle (heading east).
Note: The Lodge at Lionshead front desk does not manage the condo you are
staying in. They only manage the building facilities and parking. For issues

Step 3 –Parking: Use the key to the unit to open the garage door (the key
slot that opens the garage is on the left wall as your approach the garage). NOTE:
the underground garage clearance is only 78” (if your car won’t fit in the
garage please notify us & you may be able to park up above). Drive straight
ahead and park in the space labeled “5”.
Step 4 –Getting to your condo: Walk through the door labeled “B-1 East
Stairs” (left side of your car as you park). Take the elevator to the 2nd floor
or walk up 1 floor. The door to condo #5 will be on the right and the key you
received at the front desk will open the door.
IMPORTANT: Remember to keep your keys with you ANYTIME you leave the
condo, as the door automatically locks behind you. The front door to the
building unit #5 is located in will always be locked as well, requiring your key
to gain access. The key to your unit is used to access multiple areas
throughout the grounds: the garage, hot tub/pool area, ski locker and front
doors. If you happen to forget/lose your key, please stop by the front desk or
give us a call at 970-476-4262.

Money matters:
1. Cancellations: we will only refund moneys received if the
Reservation is canceled at least 45 days (30 in summer) prior to your
arrival. If you are forced to cancel with less than 45 days (30 in summer)
notice, we can only make a refund if we are able to re-book the space.
Please note that in either case, there is a $100.00 per unit cancellation
charge. Deposits for accommodations for Christmas, New Year’s, President’s
day weekend, and Fourth of July are non-refundable.
2. Security deposit: a signed damage waiver and a valid major credit
Card number must be on file. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance.
Vail Management Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables!
- Early check-in/late check-out:Our check-in time is 4pm. If you are scheduled to arrive before 4pm,
please call our office and we will try to accommodate your plans.
Check-out time is 10am. Please contact our office if your departure will
be delayed. LATE CHECK-OUTS: In the event that a party has not completely
checked out by 10:00am on the date of departure, a fee equal to 25% of the
rack nightly rate will be charged. After noon, the fee is equal to 100% of
the rack nightly rate. - Housekeeping:Your room rate does not include daily housekeeping service. Linens are
changed once during the week if you stay 7 nights or more. You may contact
our office during regular business hours to request additional needed
supplies. - Telephone charges:
A telephone is provided for your convenience at the expense of the
condominium owner. Should you or your guests need to make any long
distance calls, please make them on a mobile phone, collect, credit card,
or charged to a third number. Should we need to charge you for any long distance
calls made during your stay, you will be billed an additional $20 handling
fee. - Pets: Please leave your pets at home. They are not allowed in our rentals.
- Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, please smoke outside.
