Centrally located just across the street from the Golden Peak Lodge, ski school, and lifts, and a mere block East of the shops and restaurants in Vail Village, this warm, inviting condo is an ideal residence from which to launch all your Vail activities. The second floor living room features a vaulted ceiling, roaring fireplace, and a huge balcony that looks upon the outdoor courtyard of All Seasons.

2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You enter the condo on the first floor, one-half level up from ground. Both bedrooms and one full bathroom are on the first floor. The master bedroom contains a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Up one level to the second floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area, a second full bathroom, and the washer/dryer closet. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

This 2-bedroom condo can be combined with the 2-bedroom condo next door (C1) to create a 4-bedroom condo (C12). There is an adjoining door that can be opened to connect the living rooms if both units are booked by the same party. (The condos C1 and C2 are mirror-image floorplans. Also, C2 has a clothes washer/dryer, but C1 does not.)
