Checking In to Your Vacation Rental

After a busy day of flying to Denver or Eagle airports, renting a car or taking a shuttle, and being dropped off in an unfamiliar mountain town, the last thing you want to do is look for a management office where you can get the keys to the condo you rented. No problem. When you check in to a Vail Management vacation rental condo or home, you can go directly to your unit. Your unit-specific check-in instructions will tell you how to open the door, and a personalized check-in envelope with your name on it will be waiting for you inside.

In order to accomplish this feat, however, we must get your approval on a damage waiver. You know, it’s the thing that you would sign if you were arriving at a hotel front desk.

If you booked online at www.vailmanagement.com, no signature is required. You already checked a box indicating your agreement.

If you did not book on OUR website, then we will need your signature. Please make sure you have returned the signed damage waiver to us, to ensure that we send your check-in email.

The check-in email will have a simple link to the directions and instructions page for your condo and additional information like a parking code or a combination to get in your unit. Please print out the email and the directions page and bring them with you. If you follow the instructions, you will be inside your rental before you can say, “We’re in Vail!”
