Check-in instructions for Red Lion Penthouse 3

Please go directly to your rental condo, Red Lion Penthouse #3. Parking is around the corner at the Founders’ Garage.
Step 1 – (If you have a car) Directions to the Founders’ parking garage, 360 Gore Creek Drive, Vail, CO 81657:
From I-70, take the main Vail exit #176. Proceed to the South (Village) side roundabout. Drive around the roundabout and exit going East on South Frontage Road. Go past the Vail Transportation Center Parking Garage to the first stop sign and turn right onto Vail Valley Drive. Follow the road as it winds downhill, then across Gore Creek in a southerly direction, towards Vail Mountain. After crossing the creek, take the second right turn onto Hanson Ranch Road. At the next intersection, turn right, then right again onto Gore Creek Drive. (Gore Creek Drive is a one-way street.) Immediately turn right again into the Founders’ Garage entrance. Use the garage door code we provided in the email, “Check-in instructions for Red Lion Penthouse”. When the door opens, turn right and drive down the ramp to park in space #54.

Step 2 – Directions to the Red Lion Penthouse from the garage: From the parking space, take the elevator up to the top floor to exit. (To re-enter the elevator lobby from outside, use the code 13579.) Coming out of the elevator lobby, turn slightly to your right and walk West on Hanson Ranch Road to Bridge Street. Turn right on Bridge Street. Go past the Red Lion restaurant to the North end of the building.
Step 3 – Getting into the Red Lion Penthouse, 304 Bridge Street, Vail, Colorado 81657: On the North (left) side of the Red Lion Restaurant, you will find an iron gate. Attached to the iron gate will be a lockbox containing a spare key. Use the code provided in the email “Check-in instructions for Red Lion Penthouse” to open the lockbox and use the spare key to open the gate. Go up the steps and turn right where you will see the entrance to Penthouse #3. Use the spare key to open the door. Inside the condo, you will find an envelope containing more keys for you to use during your stay. Please return the spare key to the lockbox out front, where it will be available in case you find yourself locked out.

- For after-hours emergencies, call 1-866-276-7514 for our answering service. We have someone on call.
- Money matters:
1. Cancellations: we will only refund moneys received if the
Reservation is canceled at least 45 days (30 in summer) prior to your arrival. If you are forced to cancel with less than 45 days (30 in summer) notice, we can only make a refund if we are able to re-book the space.
Please note that in either case, there is a $100.00 per unit cancellation charge. Deposits for accommodations for christmas, new year’s, president’s day weekend, and fourth of july are not refundable.
2. Security deposit: a signed damage waiver and a valid major credit
Card number must be on file. - We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. Vail management company is not resposible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables.
- Early check-in/late check-out:
Our check-in time is 4pm. If you are scheduled to arrive before 4pm, please call our office and we will try to accommodate your plans. Check-out time is 10am. Please contact our office if your departure will be delayed. LATE CHECK-OUTS: In the event that a party has not completely checked out by 10:00am on the date of departure, a fee equal to 25% of the rack nightly rate will be charged. After noon, the fee is equal to 100% of the rack nightly rate. - Housekeeping:
Your room rate does not include daily housekeeping service. Linens are changed once during the week if you stay 7 nights or more. You may contact our office during regular business hours to request additional needed supplies. - Telephone charges:
A telephone is provided for your convenience at the expense of the condominium owner. Should you or your guests need to make any long distance calls, please make them on a mobile phone, collect, credit card, or charged to a third number. Should we need to charge you for any long distance calls made during your stay, you will be billed an additional $20 handling fee. - Pets:
Please leave your pets at home. They are not allowed in our rentals. - Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, please smoke outside.
