Many owners ask for information about our management services for Vacation Rental Properties. If you are looking for management of an entire building, please contact us.

What does Vail Management Company do?  We provide full-service management for property owners who wish to rent their condos, townhomes, or homes without the hassle of doing marketing, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting themselves. For the Vacation Rental (or Short-term) program, we obtain primarily nightly rentals, and sometimes longer monthly rentals (with the owner’s permission) in the off-season.

These are homes, not hotel rooms, so all Vail Management Company vacation rental units are fully furnished, and include a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms as described on the individual unit pages.

Checking In to Your Vacation Rental

After a busy day of flying to Denver or Eagle airports, renting a car or taking a shuttle, and being dropped off in an unfamiliar mountain town, the last thing you want to do is look for a management office where you can get the keys to the condo you rented. No problem. When you check in to a Vail Management vacation rental condo or home, you can go directly to your unit. Your unit-specific check-in instructions will tell you how to open the door, and a personalized check-in envelope with your name on it will be waiting for you inside. (more…)
