Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek 504, 2BD Condo

Superb location. Better than being "on the mountain". Chair lift is walking distance, and the amenities downtown with access to shuttles provides MANY amenities Room was terrific for 3 adult couples. Top-end access to rental skis or bikes inside the building!

A very spacious, clean, accommodating place to stay. Brian (property manager) was exceptional in answering questions and helping us with any issues that came up. The wood burning fireplace was an added bonus. Easy walk to Gondola and centrally located. Would stay here again.

We stayed here last year and based on that experience we chose to stay again.

Gorgeous condo with plenty of space for family! Definitely recommend this stay, you won't be disappointed!!

When we booked our stay, the condo looked so cute and I thought there was no way it was as cute as the pictures showed. When we arrived it was even better!
It was stocked with everything we could need, the management company was wonderful and incredibly responsive. They kept us informed and offered tons of information about the area.
If I return, I hope this unit will be available to book again, as it will be my first choice.

This condo was fantastic. Incredibly clean and roomy. Room sizes were amazingly large. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room was so nice to come home to after a long day on the slopes. Appliances, cabinets and decorative finishes were all top quality. We loved the large roomy deck for drinks at sunset. The hightop fire table out there was the perfect touch. Location was fantastic, very easy to get to and very convenient to ski resorts. The restaurants located in the building, were fantastic and we walked to a couple that were within five minutes, that were equally great.
There were four of us staying there on our vacation and we were all equally impressed. Would definitely give this place five out of five stars. We can’t wait to go back. Brian was very helpful and providing instruction, and always returned our calls immediately when we had a question, which was only once, concerning the shuttle schedule.

Property was very spacious and well appointment with everything you need to be self sufficient. Location was great, walking distance to grocery, liquor stores etc. Small easy walk to ski lifts at beaver creek and/0r shuttle to vail.
We have stayed at numerous VRBO type accommodations on ski vacations and this property would be at or near the top. We will be back.

This condo was very clean and well furnished for our group of 6 to spend a week skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. Its within close walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Avon and only a 5 min walk to the bus stop to head to Beaver Creek village. The Avon recreation center is also only a 5 min walk away which offers a great fitness facility and indoor pool.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or experience! The condo is beautifully decorated and spotless, had everything you would need, and the location is unbeatable. The shuttle to BC Village and Vail is right outside the building, which was very convenient! Brian was an incredible host allowing us to check in and out early due to weather, extremely responsive, and even went out of his way to mail back something we accidentally left behind. We had a great trip and will definitely stay here again next time! Date of arrival - December 4, 2022

My husband and I stayed in the unit alone, although our son was to stay in the 2nd bedroom on the other side of the unit, his plans changed. The unit itself is in good condition and well stocked and great area for boots and odds and end. 3 bathrooms were excellent and enough towels for multiple showers per day. The kitchen has more than enough of what we needed by way of glasses and plates.
**The fireplace was A+, my husband made multiple fires each day and it took our vacation over the top!! There was also more than enough wood For our weeks trip. Will stay again.

Second year in a row for the Beaver Creek / Vail ski trip. Excellent accommodations and convenient to a 5 min walk to the Gondola for BC or the ECO shuttle to Vail. The town is perfect for on-foot traveling. Flying into eagle/Vail does not require a rental car. It is location perfect!

The apartment has been recently renovated and very spacious. There were 2 Master bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a 3rd bathroom off the living area. The unit does not have it's own washer and dryer but the laundry room was on the same floor easy to use. There is also a very large terrace. We were not able to use the outdoor heaters because there didn't seem to be any Propane. We never felt the need to take the shuttle since the Riverfront Gondola is an easy walk even in Ski boots.

The place was perfect for us. We were a family of four. Great for entertaining given the the large kitchen and living room . We stayed here mostly due to the this large open concept area and it did not disappoint. Very conveniently located in the heart of Avon. There were no negatives on our stay. We would stay here again if we come back to Beaver.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The condo was super clean, very spacious and so well equipped! Extra blankets, towels, toiletries, you name it! There wasn't a single thing missing. The location was great. A very short walk to the shuttle and a few minute drive to restaurants and groceries. Definitely recommend!

Amazing!

Had a nice stay here but the unit itself wasn't very clean. There was a dirty, used latex glove under the bed in the master bedroom and the floors and carpets were dirty. And I'm not sure about the blankets on the bed, if they had been washed, so I removed them before sleeping. Some debris in the tub.

The apartment is exactly like it’s pictured. It was spotlessly clean, luxurious, very convenient to get to the slopes and spacious enough for us. Brian the manager went out of his way to help us. He was very was very quick to respond to any question, whether it was about the apartment or about the general area. We will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

My wife and I stay in this unit for 2 1/2 months. This well appointed condo had everything we needed and more. From the cookware to everything you could need in a kitchen, fireplace, spacious bedrooms, and huge balcony with a gas grill. This became our home away from home. Best testimonial, we hated to leave!

Everything we needed was within walking distance. Loved the area views and easy access to more activities.
