New unit in 2024! Remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath mountain condo in the desirable Sandstone neighborhood. This charming unit offers mountain views, a cozy gas fireplace, and a sleek granite kitchen. Enjoy entertainment with a large flat-screen TV, and take advantage of convenient parking for one car. Plus, the free Town of Vail bus stops right outside the complex for easy access to everything Vail has to offer.
BASE SKI LOCKER INCLUDED with the rental: Our guests' favorite amenity is the private ski locker and changing room located in Vail Village, close to Gondola One! The locker can hold 4 pairs of skis, boots, and clothing. There are boot dryers so you’re dry and ready to go every morning!
Primary bedroom has a king bed and LED TV. The 2nd bedroom has a two queen beds with LED TV. Bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. The living room does not have a sofa-sleeper. 2nd bathroom is a powder room only.
Like most condos in Vail, this does not have A/C. But since we are located at 8000 feet elevation, opening some windows on different levels in the afternoon cools the condo pretty quickly.
