Enjoy this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium on top of the Evergreen Lodge, with a prime location in Vail Town Center, located between Vail and Lionshead villages, a short walk and an even shorter ride on the complimentary Town of Vail Bus, to world-class shopping, dining, summer and winter activities. This condo has access to all the amenities of the hotel, but is privately-owned, and includes a full-kitchen, living room, and fireplace. Evergreen Lodge enjoys an outdoor heated pool (seasonal), indoor hot tub, dry saunas, restaurant, fitness center, meeting rooms, and free garage parking.
FEATURES: The primary bedroom has two queen beds and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-sized set of bunks. The second bathroom is in the hall.

| NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise. We had a great time. The condo was centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. The Vail Village and the paths along the gore river.

We’ve stayed in this same unit in the past and came back for another stay after enjoying our experience last year. However, within a years time this condo has really become very tired. The comforters hadn’t been cleaned and had stains, the sofa pillows are so old that they weren’t holding their shape any longer and the carpet is rippling and needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying her again unless some upgrades are made.

The unit is certainly dated but for the most part has everything you need. With the adjoining twin queens room there is ample space. It was our family of 4, including two you children. The unit is close to both villages and easily walkable via the trail on the backside of the building. Our son also like the big hot tube that is inside the building on the ground level. Another nice amenities is the altitude sports bar inside the building. Legitimate sports bar and very convenient. CONS would be, like I said definitely date, I don't think the couch in the main room has been replaced since the building was built. Also, the view off the balcony does face the highway but is aways a bit.

We had a great time here! Loved the extra beds and the view. Would have preferred a non-highway view from the balcony but it actually wasn't too bad! Back left burner on the stove wasn't working, but that did not negatively impact our stay at all. The carpets might need a steam clean and the showers drain a little slow but that also didn't really negatively impact our experience there! Great location as well, right between Lionshead and Vail with a sub 5 minute walk to either place. :)

Rental was clean but interior is very dated (old and wearing out furniture and carpets, etc. The main living area is quite tight with a table that can seat four people but not very comfortably as it’s pushed right next to the wall. Kitchen is very small. Bedrooms themselves are a good size but beds are not comfortable as we’re too springy. Also one of the bathrooms has very low water pressure in the shower and as a previous reviewer noted drains slowly so you end up standing in a bit of water. I contacted Vail Management Company before booking to ask if the draining issue was fixed and was told somewhat snarkaly by Greg “Of course! Plumbing issues happen and the we fix them,” which now was obviously a lie in this case. I did let them know after our stay it was still an issue but my message was never acknowledged. Lastly, the unit’s balcony and windows face the freeway which is quite loud at all hours of the day if you open them which we needed to since it was very hot during our stay and there’s no AC. On the positive side, there is a great and clean bbq grill on the balcony which was a nice surprise. Location is also great being only a short walk from both Vail Village and Lionshead. Pool was also nice and the staff at Evergreen we’re all really friendly even though they don’t manage this unit. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again but it was very affordable (for Vail) and could be a good option for a group that didn’t mind the above issues.

This was a great place for our mother-son ski vacation! There were 3 moms and 3 sons. The way the 2 bedrooms were set up was perfect for our group. And location of condo was very convenient. The only complaint that we communicated to the management company was that the bathtub drain in one of the bathrooms was very slow. By the time one of us finished a shower, the tub was full of water. It was pretty gross. The management company never got back with us nor did they fix the problem.

4 adults stayed very comfortably (adult son & gf stayed with us). The hot tub is HOT. The in town bus is short walk out the back door, but Lionshead is an easy walk and the village is also walking distance. We never used our car. The one, early-season powder day was great for November. Property management was responsive to issues. There was a hockey tournament at Dobson when we arrived, so the hotel was loud at first with all the families, but better when that ended. The only other annoyance was when people would leave their dogs in their rooms to bark incessantly.
