Village Inn Plaza 218, 1BD Condo in Vail Village with Amenities

Excellent location, management company, very easy to work with, and response to any questions in a very timely manner. The unit is dated but nice and clean would recommend!!

Once you find the mystery door entrance with treasure hunt clues from the management, the condo is comfy, clean, excellently located, but rather middle-aged. The bathroom fixtures are awful, like early '90's vintage, and the dishwasher is too. But there are 2 complete bathrooms, which is very convenient, and the king bed is quite comfortable. So is the furniture. Decor is rather old style Vail. Ski locker is very ample and convenient. Spacious for a couple.

Overall this was a nice, quiet property for two of us. Central location in the village for walking, eating, shopping. A 5-7 minute walk to the main gondola.

The property is in a shared building with businesses and was quite difficult to find and access. Loading/unloading was challenging. If you have a vehicle, parking is not convenient - about 2 blocks away. Were it not for the concierge at the next door Sebastian Hotel, we would have never found the loading/unloading area nor the parking garage. We tried calling the reservation office but it was after hours and we never got a return call. Better directions are a must!

The pool/hot tub is next door at the Sebastian which was nice and easy to access.

Ground floor locker area was nice for equipment storage and dressing/undressing for the ski day.

The unit was great, right in the middle of town near the Solaris and all the best restaurants. Having access to the Sebastian amenities right next door was amazing. We used the hot tub almost every night. It was a longer walk then we were used to the mountain, so we rented a locker at the mountain, so we didn't have to walk in ski boots which worked out great since we have our own skins. I guess if you rent skis is a non issue. We will be back.

Your check in directions were awful. The coded outside door is between an art gallery and the restaurant, not between the two restaurants. Peak 1 had no idea where it was.

Use this PBR for a conference that was across the street. It is nicely placed in the village with adequate walking to all the shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and just a perfect match for us

The condo was spacious and very clean! On site parking was a nice touch. Adjacent to everything Vail Village has to offer. Also very close to Gondola One.

This condo was great. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and two full bathrooms were a plus. Great location.

The condo is cozy and well appointed, and when you open the windows you experience all the noise and color of Vail Village. There is a small balcony (but there were numerous cigarette butts in one of the planters). The condo was well-maintained, but the elevator in the building was out for most of our visit (a surprise to the property manager). In terms of amenities, there is access to the pool and hot tubs next door at the hotel, but for Village Inn Plaza residents hours are restricted to 9 am - 6 pm. Also, contrary to the photos shown for this property, there is no access to the fitness facility.

The unit was impossible to find. Two calls to the mgt company resulted in wrong directions. When I called the third time, staff didn’t answer. I then called after hours nu,ber that assured me they’d get a message to on call local staff. 5 days later, still no one called. Had to stay elsewhere the first night until i went back the next day to finallt find the unit. Totally unacceptable! The man I spoke with had a name that started with a “d”. He should be fired.

This condo had plenty of room for the two of us. We liked that there were two full baths. It is well stocked. We opened windows and it was comfortable. We used the box fan to drown out any noise at night from street on restaurant below us. The condo is in a great location. It was so close to restaurants and shops. The perk of having a parking place was great.
Lots of codes to use but it was detailed for us so there was no problem. The condo is dated but clean. We would consider staying here again. Vail is wonderful!!!

Perfect location and size for two people. There were a few issues - each time the management company was very responsive. Dishwasher door did not close and was unusable. Someone from management company assisted within 10 minutes when we were locked out. Kitchen was missing a few things - no potholders. Restaurant below was noisy at night when employees used the back alley for their break, smoking, talking loud and food smells.

Due to the unusual afternoon warm temperatures for Vail, we were pleased to be able to locate a couple of fans as this unit does not have air conditioning. Normally, that’s not an issue & the overnight temps were cool & comfortable.

We visit Vail frequently. This location is amazing in the village and Convenient to everything the village and lions head have to offer. Nice space in the condo. Bathrooms are outdated, but clean. Bed linens, comforter, pillows, and throw pillows in the living room need replacing. Poor quality and stains on comforter. I’d also suggest cleaning under bed/couches. It was not good. If those items were addressed We could contemplate staying again. Also never was able to locate key for ski locker.

Had a great stay in this unit. Perfect size for the two of us and a great location. Walking distance to everything, including ski lift. Kitchen was well equiped (important for us). Heated parking was great and just a short walk to the unit.

Management company was very helpful. Let us check in and unload early. Instructions were detailed and very helpful. Overall a great stay. Will definitely consider this unit for future stays in Vail.

Well equipped with all the amenities. The place was clean and it was a great location for easy access to Vail Village. The great location does mean that it was noisy at night. The unit had no AC and no ceiling fans; therefore, we had to choose between closing the windows to block out the noise and being miserably hot while sleeping, or opening the windows to allow for airflow and being kept awake most of the night due to late night pedestrian traffic and early morning deliveries. As much as we liked the location and unit, it wasn't worth not having AC, or at the least, ceiling fans.
