Check-in Instructions for 2009W Chamonix Lane
Please go directly to your rental home at 2009W Chamonix Lane.
Step 1 – Directions to 2009 Chamonix Lane, Vail, CO 81657
From I-70, take the West Vail exit, #173. Proceed to the North Frontage Road and head East past the fast food and grocery stores. Turn left from the Frontage Road onto Buffehr Creek Road. Turn left again onto Chamonix Lane. 2009 is the third house on the right, with a gravel or snow-covered driveway. Your rental is the West side of the duplex house at 2009W.
Step 2 – Parking: Park right there in the driveway, but please leave room for the tenants on the right and the apartment in the rear to have access.
Step 3 – Get into your rental: You may use the small lockbox by the door to get a spare key. Enter the lockbox code provided to you on the email, “Check-in instructions for 2009W Chamonix". Pull down on the top button to open the lockbox. If it doesn’t work, pull down on the center reset button and try again. Use the spare key to open the door. Once you are inside, please put the spare key back into the lockbox and use the keys provided in the check-in packet (the large white envelope). We recommend the spare key remain in the lockbox in case you get locked out.

Money matters:
1. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, full refund of any deposit (less a $100.00 cancellation charge) will be made ONLY if we receive notice 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits for accommodations during Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' week, and non-refundable promos are non-refundable. All deposits will be held in an interest-bearing advance deposit escrow account and the interest inures to the benefit of Vail Management Company.
2. Security deposit: a signed damage waiver and a valid major credit
Card number must be on file.
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. Vail management company is not resposible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables.
Early check-in/late check-out:
Our check-in time is 4pm. If you are scheduled to arrive before 4pm, please call our office and we will try to accommodate your plans. Check-out time is 10am. Please contact our office if your departure will be delayed. LATE CHECK-OUTS: In the event that a party has not completely checked out by 10:00am on the date of departure, a fee equal to 25% of the rack nightly rate will be charged. After noon, the fee is equal to 100% of the rack nightly rate.
Housekeeping:
Your room rate does not include daily housekeeping service. Linens are changed once during the week if you stay 7 nights or more. You may contact our office during regular business hours to request additional needed supplies.
Telephone charges:
A telephone is provided for your convenience at the expense of the condominium owner. Should you or your guests need to make any long distance calls, please make them on a mobile phone, collect, credit card, or charged to a third number. Should we need to charge you for any long distance calls made during your stay, you will be billed an additional $20 handling fee.
Pets:
Please leave your pets at home. They are not allowed in our rentals.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, please smoke outside.
