Frequently-Asked Questions For Your Easy Reference

1. What types of vacation rentals do you offer? 

Our Vail vacation rentals are located throughout the Town of Vail (East Vail to West Vail) and Town of Avon. We offer a number of complete private homes as well as condominiums, townhomes and suites. All of the properties we represent have passed our high standards for quality and location. You can search all of our rentals here. 

2. What are the properties’ amenities? 

All of the vacation rental properties in Vail that we represent come fully furnished and include a living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms as described on the individual unit pages. All linens and towels are included. The bedrooms have sheets, blankets, and pillows. Bathrooms will include hand soap, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen will include a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, kitchen sink, and a coffee maker; kitchen utensils, pots & pans, and dinnerware. Kitchen supplies will include paper towels, dish soap, and a sponge or washcloth. There will be at least one TV with basic cable or better.  


There are many other items and amenities that are included with some vacation rentals but not others. Most properties have high-speed internet, but not all. Some properties have a washer/dryer in the unit and some have a washer/dryer in the building. Parking, hot tubs, pools, grills, etc are all specific to each individual property. Again, we recommend you check on the individual unit pages for more information. 


If you really need a specific item please call us and we can let you know if that item is there and if not accommodate getting it there for your arrival. 

3. What is provided at the rental? 

We will provide you with clean sheets, shower towels (body, hand, and washcloth) and kitchen towels. A start up supply of paper products, trash bags, soaps, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals will also be provided. Guests must bring their own personal grooming items including shampoo, toothpaste, etc., grocery items, and any other items that are important for you to have during your stay. 

4. How do we get to our property? 

Most of our properties do not require you to come by our office. Once your reservation is complete you will receive a personal email invitation to our app. You can download the app onto your smartphone or there are computer options if you do not have a smartphone. Once in the app, there is information on driving directions, access codes, keys, parking, trash, restaurants, area info, a form to submit any maintenance items, and how to contact us. A complete welcome package will also be waiting for you at the property with any relevant parking passes or further information.  


Our properties with a front desk will simply send you to the building where you can check in with our friendly staff upon arrival. Please notify us beforehand if you plan to arrive after hours as we have a lockbox that we will leave your check-in packet in. 

5. Can I pay for my stay with a credit card? 

We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We can also accept wire transfers. 

6. What if I have to cancel? 

If Guest cancels a reservation 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, the entire initial deposit less a $100.00 cancellation fee shall be refunded to Guest. 

If Guest cancels a reservation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, Guest shall NOT be entitled to the refund of any portion of any deposits paid by Guest. 

Deposits for accommodations during Holidays and non-refundable promos are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

We will not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to inclement weather, evacuation due to earthquakes, flooding, or other natural disasters, and NO REFUNDS will be issued under these circumstances. We encourage all renters to purchase Travel Insurance. 

7. Who do I call if there is a problem after I arrive? 

We have 24/7 on-call services for emergencise. When you call our main office after hours you can leave a message so we can respond the following morning or chose to be connected to our on-call; they will get in touch with our appropriate on-call staff member based on your emergency. Our on-call can resolve most problems that might arise after hours, such as getting locked out or maintenance emergencies. Of course, you can always call us at the office at 970-476-4262 from 9 am to 5 pm weekdays, or 9am to 2pm on Saturdays. 

8. Is there a daily maid service? 

Your Vail vacation house or condo rental will have been thoroughly cleaned just prior to your arrival. We do provide a mid-stay clean for any 7+ night rentals where our housekeeping team will clean the property. We do not provide daily maid service but we are happy to arrange for additional housekeeping services at an additional charge; please inquire with us for prices specific to the unit you are renting. Here are our housekeeping services offered: 


  • LIGHT CLEAN – remove trash, replace all used towels, replace all kitchen and bathroom supplies 
  • STANDARD CLEAN – light clean services plus vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, re-make all beds with existing linens 
  • FULL SERVICE CLEAN – standard clean services plus launder and change all bedding, thorough cleaning of the entire property 

9. Do we need to leave the property as we found it? 

We do not expect you to clean the house or condo before you leave (you’re on vacation!) but we do ask that you put all dirty dishes in the sink or the dishwasher, gather and bag all garbage, and ensure all appliances are off. Also if you have moved furniture please move back to its original position. 

10. Does the property have private parking?  If not, where can we park? 

Each property and building is unique as to what, if any, parking it has so please check your individual property details. Parking in Vail is limited and you will be booted and/or towed if you do not follow parking rules. There is a parking structure in Vail Village and Lionshead Village for additional cars that is first-come, first-serve, and will always fill up on powder days and Holidays. 11. Do you offer discounted lift tickets, ski rentals, etc.? 

We understand there is a lot of components of planning a Vail, Colorado vacation. That's why we partner with companies that offer some of the most frequently needed services that make your trip to Vail successful; many of our partnered companies can also extend discounts to our guests. NOTE: we do not have access to discounted lift tickets as those are only sold through Vail Resorts. Under Vail Area Info we give you links to our outside partners that offer transportation, ski rentals, lift tickets, and more.
