Do you offer discounted lift tickets, ski rentals, etc.?

We undesrtand there is a lot of components of planning a Vail, Colorado vacation. That's why we partner with companies that offer some of the most frequently needed services that make your trip to Vail successful.

Under Vail Area Info we give you links to our outside partners that offer transportation, ski rentals, lift tickets and more. A few examples of the discounts and savings we provide your group with:

  • Colorado Mountain Express - Ground transportation to and from Denver and Eagle airports. Vail Management guests receive 10% off all services. Groups of 3 or more on a shared shuttle receive 20% off.
  • Rentskis.com - Reserve your ski and snowboard rentals online with the valley’s premier ski shops.  Offering FREE overnight ski storage, world-class tuning, and complimentary ski and snowboard rental delivery. Vail Management guests receive 20% off for all advance online bookings.

What is provided in my Vail vacation rental?

Planning your vacation to Vail, Colorado can be difficult if you don't know what to expect. So here is some general information about your rental.

These are homes, not hotel rooms, so all Vail Management Company vacation rental units are fully furnished, and include a living room, kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms as described on the individual unit pages. The bedrooms have sheets, blankets and pillows. Bathrooms will include hand soap, towels, and toilet paper. There is a local telephone, and there will be at least one TV with basic cable or better.

Most rental units have hairdryers and humidifiers. If you really need these things, call us, and we'll make sure they are in your unit. There are many other items and amenities that are included with some vacation rentals but not others. Some owners may choose to include high-speed internet, while others don't. Some units have laundry detergent, some don't. Some properties have hot tubs and parking, many don't. Again, we recommend you check on the individual unit pages for more information.

The kitchen will include:

  • Kitchen utensils, pots & pans, and dinnerware.
  • Refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, kitchen sink, and a coffee maker.
  • Paper towels, dish soap, and a sponge or washcloth.

All rentals include a check-out clean. You can leave the beds unmade and the towels on the floor of the bathroom. If you stay 7 nights or longer, housekeeping will do a mid-week clean. Platinum-rated units will also have daily trash and towels done. (Additional housekeeping is available upon request at an extra charge).
