Check-in Instructions for Northwoods Juniper condos
Please go directly to your rental condo in the Northwoods Condominiums Juniper building.
Step 1 – Directions to Northwoods Condos, 600 Vail Valley Drive, Vail, CO 81657
From I-70, take the main Vail exit #176. Proceed to the south (Village side)traffic circle. Drive east on the South Frontage Road. At the east end of the Village parking structure, you will encounter a stop sign. Turn right onto Vail Valley Drive. Follow the road toward the mountain, then past the Golden Peak Lift. Go past Pinos Del Norte Condos, and turn right onto the main Northwoods drive, just before the Golf Course. The gate there requires a code be entered. Enter the code provided in the email “Check-in Instructions for Northwoods Juniper building″. Go through the gate and proceed to the end of the driveway, into the underground garage for Juniper building, which is straight ahead. The code for the garage and the building outside doors is the same as the gate.
Step 2 – Parking: Please park in the space marked for your unit. This number is in the email, "Check-in instructions for Northwoods Juniper building". To access the condo you will find a lockbox on the wall at the front of the parking space. The code is in the email.
Step 3 – Get into your condo: Take the elevator up to the second floor to find your unit. When using a key, you must remember to turn the key all the way and hold it to open the door. There are more keys in the condo, so we recommend you return the spare key to the lockbox in case you get locked out. Be sure to find the parking pass enclosed in the check-in envelope we leave in the unit, and place it in your vehicle’s window. You may dispose of trash in the dumpster found in the garage. Please return all luggage carts to where you found them.
Step 4 – Enjoy your stay!

Money matters:
1. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, full refund of any deposit (less a $100.00 cancellation charge) will be made ONLY if we receive notice 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits for accommodations during Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' week, and non-refundable promos are non-refundable. All deposits will be held in an interest-bearing advance deposit escrow account and the interest inures to the benefit of Vail Management Company.
2. Security deposit: a signed damage waiver and a valid major credit
Card number must be on file.
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. Vail management company is not resposible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables.
Early check-in/late check-out:
Our check-in time is 4pm. If you are scheduled to arrive before 4pm, please call our office and we will try to accommodate your plans. Check-out time is 10am. Please contact our office if your departure will be delayed. LATE CHECK-OUTS: In the event that a party has not completely checked out by 10:00am on the date of departure, a fee equal to 25% of the rack nightly rate will be charged. After noon, the fee is equal to 100% of the rack nightly rate.
Housekeeping:
Your room rate does not include daily housekeeping service. Linens are changed once during the week if you stay 7 nights or more. You may contact our office during regular business hours to request additional needed supplies.
Telephone charges:
A telephone is provided for your convenience at the expense of the condominium owner. Should you or your guests need to make any long distance calls, please make them on a mobile phone, collect, credit card, or charged to a third number. Should we need to charge you for any long distance calls made during your stay, you will be billed an additional $20 handling fee.
Pets:
Please leave your pets at home. They are not allowed in our rentals.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, please smoke outside.
