good location close to Nottingham park, which has a great playground and was perfect for my two young children. Just across from Beaver Creek resort and in close proximity to 1-2mi day hikes that were also manageable for my 2 and 4 yr old. Condo was clean and as pictured. Plenty of space for our party of 11!

Property was very clean and well maintained. Property layout is ideal for multi-family vacations. Good centralized location with easy access.
Pros: Layout is excellent for multi-family vacations with kids. Easy access to all areas.
Cons: As with many mountain locations there is no AC. With all windows on the same side of the building, air flow was minimal, which did not allow the rooms to cool down at night. Fans were provided in all bedrooms, but didn't really help.

Wonderful place and experience

Our trip was postponed a year due to COVID and then had to push everything back a day due to a snowstorm in Denver. Brian the Manager worked with us each time to move our dates around and was very responsive. The condo was great for our 2 families with everything you need in the building. We did 2 days at Vail by catching the bus at the stop 1 block from the back door. Then 2 days at Beaver with the short walk to the gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

We brought our son's and their families here for a family reunion. A great time was had by all. This was a perfect place for all 11 of us to be together, but also have our own space. The condo was as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Great location for Beaver Creek and easy access to other areas. Brian, the property manager, was available by phone, and very helpful, for any questions we had.

The spot was a great home base for the ski vacation. There was plenty of room for 11 people. The gondola to beaver creek was close (maybe a 3 minute walk) but only went to intermediate runs so we were dropped off for skiing. Some folks also drove to the nearby Copper Mountain for slightly more affordable skiing and better conditions. The only negative was that the management was pretty irresponsive through the VRBO app, so calling them during when the office was open was the best way to reach them.

Their security situation is antiquated. Instead of a key card that accesses everywhere you need to go,you are issued metal keys and about 4 codes to different doors that you must memorize or carry with you to get around. And each door requires two hands to open.
