Lift House 306, Studio Condo in Lionshead Village

Lift House location is ideal for a summer visit to Vail. I’m sure it’s good for ski season, but we were in town to visit family and hike. Bus stops and shopping and dining are so convenient, we returned our rental car. Our studio apartment overlooks the playground and shops, and there was live music across the plaza a few times. We sat on the balcony all hours, delightful! The condo is spotless, comfortable king size bed, kitchen well stocked with, linens provided, comfortable couch, smart tv, and even a nice selection of paperbacks. The front desk staff was super helpful and pleasant. We did use the hot tub several times and it’s lovely, with towels provided. Overall great place to stay in Vail and excellent value for us. Not swanky, no spa or valet or concierge, but totally perfect for a visit with our family who live there. We will stay there again. No a/c, but there is a fan and the condo was comfortable with the door open.

The unit was in a perfect location in Lionshead. Easy lift access and proximity to great restaurants. Unit is as depicted in photos...maybe a little dated, but great value. The anteroom was a huge plus for storing gear. Would rent again:)

Very happy with this unit. The location cannot be beat. I prefer Lionshead vs Vail Main village for ease of access to the gondola and ski school. My only complaint is that there is no hot tub, which is sometimes a necessity after a long day of skiing in cold weather. The mini kitchen had everything one could need. There is no designated freezer but if you are there in the winter you can just put your frozen foods outside. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely time in Vail. This condo is centrally located in Lionshead and super convenient to everything.

Well priced and not outlandish like much of Vail. But still great with all the amenities you need, and a great price in a perfectly central location to the village.

This condo was clean, updated, and literally a 3 min walk to the lifts! We liked the little extras of coffee packets and small shampoos & soaps that the owner provided. Plenty of dishes but only a microwave in this unit. We found we really didn’t miss not having a stove. The king bed was firm and comfortable. Montauk’s Seafood restaurant down below the condo as well as Bart & Yeti’s Bar and Restaurant. We would definitely rent this unit again!

We rented through Vail Management, Co. they were incredibly accommodating. The studio condo was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. You cant beat the location or the price!
