Creekside Penthouse, 3BD + Loft in Vail Village

Comfortable for 7 adults. 1 block to the lifts. Several stairs up to unit and use caution climbing spiral staircase. Management should tell renters not to use garbage disposal it causes a leak under sink. Plumber came to check it out told us not to use it. Dishwasher does not clean dishes - we hand washed. One humidifier that worked poorly. Unit needs more humidifiers. Location is great but noise from village late at night made it difficult to sleep and wake to Garbage trucks at 6am. Carpet needs cleaning or replace, several stains. Place was clean and well equipped.

The house is perfect for skiers with less than 5 min walking to Gondola One and it is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Unfortunately one bedroom had some permanent noise which was unavoidable and a window did not close completely in one bedroom, but apart from these two inconveniences it is a great location also within the center of the village

Two couples and our young adult son stayed in the Creekside Penthouse for 7 nights in February, 2024. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of Vail Village, which is also right in the middle of the Vail resort complex. An easy 200 yard walk to Gondola One gets you on the mountain quickly and in a position to head to whichever area you want to ski/board. In the evening, you are right in the middle of many apres ski and dining options.

I have no criticism of the property itself, but a couple of minor things to be aware of:
1) Garbage trucks came every morning around 6:00AM. Not good if you are a light sleeper.
2) The washer/dryer is located on the upper floor of the unit, accessible only by a very tight spiral staircase. It's not easy getting laundry up/down those stairs. (It's also not easy getting luggage up/down those stairs)

Check in/out was a breeze and we had no issues that required contact with management. We would not hesitate to stay in the Creekside Penthouse unit again.

Definitely the most centric and beautiful place to stay in Vail Village. Just 1 minute walking distance to Gondola One!

Pluses are: 1) Excellent location (difficult to get any better...), 2) Beautiful views, 3) very clean, and 4) no kitchen aromas despite being above two restaurants.
Challenges are: 1) insufficient glassware..., 2) upstairs bedroom needs a space heater, 3) no working humidifiers, 4) VERY narrow staircase to access loft/ upstairs bedroom, and 5) 7am garbage pick up right outside bedroom windows.

The location was great and the place was clean. Unfortunately, we had two showers that were not in use, so that was a bit frustrating.

This place is incredible! The location is right in the middle of everything. Quick access to lifts for mountain biking, the creek is steps away, restaurants and shops everywhere! We had our two kids (5 and 2) with us and they loved playing in the kids fountain out front. I will absolutely stay here again.

This was an excellent location, right in the heart of Vail Village and a stones throw from gondola one. The condo was perfect for our family of 8. A little tough to get to the second floor with suitcases but doable. We loved the balcony and had drinks out there on nice days. If it had a gym or jacuzzi it would have been over the top. We would highly recommend this rental.

What a beautiful penthouse, the views were amazing. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and ski lift. Can't get any better than this place, we will be back. Thank you...

Great, comfortable apartment in the heart of vail village. Went with my family (6 adults, 25+) and had a wonderful vacation. Very easy check-in, and a very organized and respectful host. We would definitely do it again. Thank you.

Great place, would go back in a heart beat! Great location too! Clean and plenty of room for 6 of us. Could have had an additional couple and would have been very comfortable.

The four of us arrived on april 25th and departed on the 28th. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The stairs going to the second level are difficult, but not impossible, to maneuver. The location in the heart of Vail Village could not be beat, and everyone enjoyed the trip. We have even discussed staying at this condo again in the future. I highly recommend this condo for anyone making a trip to Vail.

This is a very spacious 3BR+loft space in the center of Vail Village, only a short walk to Gondola One. We loved the big kitchen, dining area, and living room. All 4 baths are equipped with showers. The main porch has a beautiful view of the slopes and the village. Daily maid service was a nice touch. It was a great place to stay and really felt comfortable and spacious for 8 people.Only negative is that the spiral staircase to the loft and upstairs BR is a little tricky. You need to be sure-footed.Overall, wonderful condo and we look forward to coming back.

Great comfortable condo for our family (6 adults and one 9 month old). This 3 bedroom + loft and 4 full baths condo was a perfect size for us. The 3 bedrooms each have an attached bath and the 4th full bath is near the living areas-great arrangement. The condo is in the heart of Vail, steps from many dining options, Gondola One and shopping - location couldnt be better. The patio balcony has beautiful views of the mountain & village. This condo is well appointed and very clean. Check in was easy. This part of Vail is car free but parking is near by. Cars are allowed for unloading & reloading. We would stay here again!
