FEATURES: One bedroom + loft, 2 bathrooms. The downstairs primary bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The upstairs loft has queen / twin bunkbed, with a separate twin bed and additional loft room with twin bed. Loft has bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
NOTE: No elevator-2 flights of stairs up to condo. Small spiral stairs from main level to second level.
No air conditioning (like most condos in Vail) but since we are located at 8000 feet elevation, opening some windows on different levels cools the condo pretty quickly. No parking onsite; can park at Vail Village parking garage for daily rate ($60/day) subject to change and controlled by Town of Vail.

This adorable place was perfect for our stay! We had only time for a short weekend and the location is unbeatable! Had everything we needed, plenty of space for our group of 4 and was easy to access. Loved it and definitely would stay here again!
Overall some good points such as location and unit was clean. One negative is unit does not have AC and i get its Vail Village, but the room upstairs with all the beds was very warm with NO windows at all so all beds upstairs was very uncomfortable as a result. Was told additional fan would be delivered which wasnt. Honestly, this unit needs a portable AC unit for upstairs which would make the unit even better during the summer months.
