Getting Around Avon
Getting around Avon is easy with Avon Transit, the town's free public transportation system. Fare-free bus service operates daily from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with both the East Avon (Red Line) and West Avon (Blue Line) routes running every 30 minutes. The transit system provides convenient access to Avon’s shopping and dining districts, Nottingham Park, the Avon Recreation Center, the public library, and Beaver Creek Resort.
Avon Transit is designed to help visitors park once and easily reach destinations throughout town without needing a car. All buses are ADA-accessible and equipped with bike racks for added convenience. In addition to local service, riders can connect to regional transportation through CORE Transit for travel throughout Eagle County.
